The first time I went to Dubai, I thought I have done most of the beautiful things tourists got to try, and yet, I was wrong. They will send you out a booking form to fill up and send back to them to confirm your booking. Copy of front and back of your credit card is also required. Wait for the booking confirmation that they will send to you after they received your booking form.
You do not have to worry about transportation because it comes with a complimentary return transfers from any hotel in Dubai to Atlantis The Palm Helipad and back. You have to report at their helipad office 45 minutes before your scheduled flight. Since pick up is already included, they will most likely arrange the timing for you.

Once your group arrive, you will need to present your passport or Identification card at the reception area. A locker is also provided to you and your companion to keep your stuff. There's a 10 to 15 minutes Safety Introduction/Do's and dont's as well before the flight.
After the introduction, everyone will queue at the security to be scanned and checked before entering the helipad. The seating arrangement is depending on the line, whoever is infront, he/she will be seated infront, usually will be 2 persons are designated. So if you're a couple and you're with a group, fortunately, you'll be seated infront. The seating configuration is also based on total passengers weight + fuel onboard. Once everyone is seated and seatbelt has been put, you're all good to go.

Burj Al Arab is a Luxury 5 star Hotel located at Jumeirah Beach residing on it's own island. It is known as "The only 7 star Hotel in the World", though this rating doesn't exist. It is currently the third highest Hotel in the world and is designed to mimic the sail of a ship.

The World or The World Islands is an artificial archipelago of 300 islands shaped like a continent of the world located in the waters of Persian gulf. Luxury residences and hotels are currently being plan and built.
5. The Palm Jumeirah

The last but most definitely not the least is The Palm Jumeirah. It is an artificial island takes the form of a palm tree, topped by a crescent. The creation began in 2001, and by November 2014, the Island was completed. It is the home of expensive residences as well as 5 star hotels and resorts. The most famous resort is the Atlantis The Palm Resort.
Standard Terms and Conditions:
- In the event of cancellation, customers will received a notification call or if that is not possible, a full refund of they can amend the same for any other dates.
- Each passenger is required to bring their Photo ID to the check in area. A valid contact number will also be required.
- Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil aviation Authorization regulations.
- Cancellations of tours cancelled 48 to 72 hours prior to the tour will received 100% refund, tours cancelled within 48 hours will received 50% refund and tours cancelled within 24 hours will receive no refund.
- Children age 2 years old and above are allowed on board.
- Camera can be carried on board. However, the lens should not exceed more than 400MM. No professional cameras are allowed on board.
- Pregnant women can fly with Alpha Tours only during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy or upon own risk.
- Alpha tours has the right to refuse any person or carriage of any item if it is deemed unsafe, or may be hazardous or cause discomfort to the aircraft, crew or passengers.
- Alpha tours bears no responsibility for customers who arrive late for their tour. In such cases, Alpha tours reserved the right to release the flight scheduled time unless the flight can be reschedules without adversely affecting the timings of other scheduled tours.
- Claim refund must submitted in writing by filling in a refund form with the required documents attached and undersigned. It will take 7 working days from the date of the booked flight time to receive the amount in your account.
Tips and Advice:
- 15 minutes flight sounds very short but actually it was just enough to see the most popular landmarks of Dubai.
- Before going there or planned your date carefully, try checking the weather first. Dubai is known for sandstorm, it wouldn't be pleasant if you ride an expensive helicopter just to see a skyline covered with fog or dusts although flights are subject to weather visibility conditions. - If you are a tourist and planning to make a booking, try not doing it on the first 24 hours from the time of your arrival in Dubai, flight delays are not so common but it is still better to take extra pre-cautions, remember, appointment cancelled 24 hours before your scheduled flight is non-refundable.
